Conference

We offer 3 different conference venues which can be flexibly set up for up to 100 delegates.

  • Small Conference Room: Minimum 10 pax / Maximum 15 pax.
  • Larger Conference Room: Minimum 16 persons / Maximum 40 pax.
  • Combined Conference Rooms: Minimum 40 pax / Maximum 100 pax.

Modern conferencing equipment is used and can be set up as required, you will only need your USB stick or Laptop and you are ready to start. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Elegant Maranti Wood conference tables are used and stylish Leather chairs will ensure your comfort. Air Conditioning / Good Ventilation provides plenty of fresh air throughout the day. Tea, Coffee and Snacks at regular intervals will ensure you stay refreshed and a Buffet Lunch will be served according to the menu you choose. Special Dinner Menu’s or a Braai can also be arranged for the evening after your conference. Accommodation can be added into your package.

The Conference Centre is perfect for Board Meetings, Group Presentations, Training Seminars. Our packages are quite flexible and can be adjusted to suite all your requirements. Please feel free to talk to our friendly Reception staff for a customised plan and quotation.

All Conference Equipment is available and consists of the following: Flip chart, White Board, Projector Screen (2.5m x 1.8m), Computer with Power Point, DVD Player, Video Recorder, Surround Sound System and Network Cable and free Wi-Fi Internet.
